About Me!
Hello, all! My name is Stephanie Leone, and I am a second grade teacher at Immaculate Heart of Mary. I am very excited to be at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. I was welcomed with open arms by the staff, and the school community is very reassuring. I am originally from a town an hour north of New York City. I graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Primary Education. This past spring I received my Master’s degree in Special Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University!
Through my teaching experience, I have learned a lot about myself and what kind of teacher I am. I will ensure that your child is provided with a well-rounded education and that they will develop a true appreciation for the world around them. I also want your child to feel safe in the classroom and look forward to coming to school. I have known that I wanted to be a teacher my whole life. My mom is also a teacher, and watching the impact she has made on her students truly inspires me to want to do the same for my students. With that being said, I am truly looking forward to meeting your child and working with them this school year! Feel free to contact me, my e-mail is on the home page of this site.
